Amazing salary, god-awful inflexible hours.

Pros

Brilliant salary and benefits, particularly if you secure two years of law school funding. Friendly and supportive atmosphere. High level corporate work, if you're into that sort of stuff. Brilliant training opportunities. If you have lots of time and ambition and stamina, the world's yours for the taking.

Cons

Although it's possible to work remotely, it isn't encouraged out of core hours for anyone but parents. The standard is to be at your desk 9.30-7pm 5 days a week at a minimum. Part time work is virtually impossible to get or to maintain even if you get approval. Any parents have to make a lot of sacrifices to carry on working there. Part of this is a consequence of being a client-led girl in a competitive environment. Part of it is just being stuck in the dark ages. I was usually too busy all the time - if I left at 7pm for more than a week, I had 'capacity' for more work and was given more work.
