Benefits are pretty good. You have an in house doctor

Cons

Terrible culture. There’s a huge gap between the lawyers and business services. If you’re not a lawyer you’re basically excluded of everything.

Amazing team spirit. Everyone is pulling together sometimes under great pressure to achieve the client’s goals and sometimes “the impossible”. Partners care about the firm’s people and the atmosphere.

Cons

You sometimes have to work very hard although it can be fun when everyone is working together as a team so well.
