      Good people don’t get recognised enough All about the fee earners and their pay rises but not business services No formal training allowance Work life balance could be better Lack opportunities

      Pros

      Comfortable offices with gym, restaurant quality canteen, dry cleaning, and taxis home after 9pm. Pay good market rates for business services staff.

      Cons

      Very old school culture is quite 'twee' does not suit everyone. Bonus is not worth talking about.
