This place, especially the GI plant is run by families and groups. If you dont belong or get into that group. You life sucks, you feel like outcast and Being ridiculed or bullied is pretty much daily norm. The product made has huge impact but the process of execution is set in stone age. This place has lot of Yes sir/Yes Ma'am employee's. Who doesn't dare to question for betterment of change. The management is so bad, that they need quick fixes with glue and scotch tape. Management doesn't work with employees for long term and proper fixes. And last but not least Quality team is a joke. No matter how toxic people get, HR turns a blind eye. I would never suggest this place to anyone i know,

Poor morale, high turnover and those who stay are disengaged and unmotivated Unrealistic expectations, employees are burnout and frustrated Poor work environment, stressful and lack of stability Inconsistent policies, leading to confusion and a sense of unfairness among employees…
