If you like a dictatorship like management organization, not thinking for yourself or executing your skills and/ or expertise, Fresenius Kabi (Medical Devices) might be the place for you. If you prefer to keep your professional opinions to yourself, being manipulated, lied to and talked to like a child, and being demanded to do things (whether you feel/ know they are right or wrong), then you may enjoy working for Fresenius Kabi. However, if you enjoy being challenged to be your best, collaborating with others, being innovative in your field, being encouraged to speak your mind within your realm of expertise, having a management organization that is just as invested in your career developement and growth as they are their own, and/or working for a company that wants to do the right thing all the time, then I would suggest you look elsewhere.

The management is all talk and no action sometimes. They speak about changing the culture for the better but there are never any actions to back up their statements. The workload is VERY intense at times and it is very hard to plan what you will be working on as priorities can change drastically from day to day. Communication between departments is sometimes lacking. Everything is always high pressure at the last minute because everyone is burdened with work and cannot find time to plan projects accordingly.
