      It is a nice environment if you've got the right attitude and once you get the hang of it, the job is also pretty easy.

      Cons

      A lot of unnecessary drama, which can be said of any place. HR needs a lot of work, and the growth opportunities are reserved for the few who know someone. Growth in pay is very slow.
