working at initial levels is quite satisfactory. products are excellent. decent package offerings.

Cons

upper management doesn't care about the executive levels. delayed response for every small query. incentives to be given on yearly basis that too from weekly follow up. employees get frustrated, as being a hardworker one should not receive incentive on time is very painful. lowest packages for managers. slow growth. doesn't care about experienced employees.
