      Pros

      Great for mid-level professional development, exposure to a fast paced highly regulated environment with a strong quality culture.

      Cons

      Work life balance, and a hint of fear management practiced by some managers, but that isn't the culture in general.

      Pros

      Employees are, for the most part, kind and easy to work with (though there are a few glaring exceptions!). Head of R&D is intelligent and has sound policies.

      Cons

      Crap salaries, unless you're Baxter legacy in which case you're making bank. Tiny cost of living raises, not in line with increased skills or quality of work performed. Former Baxter workers are generally lazy, relying on job security and newer employees to do the bulk of the work. Expect a minimum 50 hour work week, making you even more underpaid. Upper management severely out of touch with an R&D environment. Inane policies. Spending way too much money in hideous new open-office cubicles.
