      Excellent medical coverage and other benefits. Compensation well above average for this area.

      Cons

      No wellness programs. Limited community /charitable involvement. No work life balance. 50-60 hour work week the norm. Must adapt to fulfill demands of Management no matter how inconvenient or unreasonable.
