well: the lack of accountability, favoritism, you will be trained by someone who probably started a couple weeks before you, they are more worried about aesthetics than function, people get away with things they do repeatedly and yet they keep implementing more rules to control (depends who you are if there is anything done about infractions). You have no email access, the communication sucks, you are treated like a child as far as what access you have to anything. Two shifts have no management- if you want overtime, that too seems to depend on who you are, lack of clear direction. You may or may not know what you’re doing daily. If you get training you may be in a different job daily so that never gives you a sense of stability.

Unless you are already in management or have a manager willing to fight for you, promotions aren't available. There are no clearly defined career paths or advancement opportunities.
