      Cons

      Financial Planning and Analytics department in Canada has no directions; you will not be doing stuff that you are hired for. Finance department has high turnover due to lack to direction and no work and life balance. They all talk about work and life balance but in reality they do not care about it and will throw you under bus if needed. If you want to ruin your career and have stressful life this is best company to work for.

      There are promises that the Company supposed to grow and develop new opportunities.

      Cons

      Salaries are below average, bonus does not exist for Canadian employees for non-management level, everything is cheap and level of professionalism is very low at all levels starting from Marketing and going to Quality.
