Pros

A very fast paced work environment with lots of opportunities to be creative and use new technology. Once you have earned trust and respect your options open up a lot. Lots of perks onsite if you want them: food, gym, hardware. Can make a big impact and make large-scale culture and technology change if you know how to approach it.

Cons

Need to demonstrate capability and speak up if you end up on boring or legacy work. Very high churn rate of employees, especially those in probation period. Poor interview process but being refined.

Pros

Flexible working hours Free soft drinks Friday lunches

Cons

Management spends a lot of effort trying to make you think it's a fun place to work and convince you that it's better than other companies so that you will accept a lower salary. The company is focused solely on profit and has moved away from R&D.
