The culture is really good and makes for a fun and engaging work place. The people are all top of their game, which means you don't have to deal with under performers in the work place. The company is definitely going places, and is growing noticeably.
Cons
The place can be a bit disorganised at times, and there is often a sense of urgency around achieving short terms goals that can take focus from the bigger long term picture.
