Pros

Honestly nothing is positive. People are not recognising your effort or saying thank you. They will promise the perfect culture pretending a cool startup, but everyone is rude and the culture is disgusting. I thought people were saying exaggerating what they were saying about the company having a terrible culture, but honesty no one deserves to work in such an environment. Also low payment comparing to industry standards when they make tons of money.

Cons

The phrase slavery in the 21st century cannot cover what is happening in there. They expect you to stay all day online and talk with people around the world, stress is over the limits and they only complain while threatening you for goals that are not achievable. No recognition and not appreciation of anything that you deliver. This is caused due to incapable and unskilled managers that does not value anything. Just avoid working there at any cost or promise they make. Find something that pays less, but at least you will be happy.

Pros

- free food, lunches, snacks etc - free drinks - innovative office in great location - tech company stepping stone - nice, friendly and genuine colleagues

Cons

- absolutely no work/life balance which is hidden under the guise of 'start up mentality' where they flog you to death, churn you and burn you. - very poor managers/'leadership' with no actual 'leadership' qualities e.g. Global CEO's leadership motto is "if I jump off a cliff, everyone else should follow me" - very high turnover (which says a lot about company culture and the leadership there) - conference CEO was clueless and lost company thousands of dollars - blackmail and ultimatums weren't uncommon - no support or constructive criticism, just 'your head will roll if you step out of line' mentality
