many employment opportunities, learn discipline regulate working time, opportunity to choose promiscuous job, can work in several places at once, able to negotiate wage per job.

Cons

be lazy when no work, great risk to be deceived if no agreement that legitimate, often pursued a job deadline, provide equipment for their own work, bad reputation if it fails to bear personal.
