Great place to grow and learn

Pros

Working with extremely talented people, there is always more to learn and room to grow. Awesome company culture and perks including a fully stocked kitchen with drinks and snacks, lunch on Friday's, game rooms, ping pong, foosball, pool, 3D printers, free gym membership, all sorts of toys - even drones! Really fun atmosphere Having said that, everyone is really hardworking and motivated, and most importantly, really passionate about what they do.

Cons

Longer than usual work day (9-6), but the perks and people I work with make up for it as I am always learning something new

Pros

Very strong team environment. You get to work with some of the most switched on and engaged colleagues out there. Everyone believes in the mission and are self-motivated to achieve the vision. A strong culture of data science is present so ego's and bravado are mostly left at the door. Everyday i learn something new about data analytics, conversion optimisation, team dynamics and building and optimising products in a billion dollar business. The work is wide and varied and you will be given alot of responsibility. There is no competition between teams. The support network is strong with an emphasis in knowledge sharing and cross pollination between design, product management and engineering. Everyone is there to help you achieve your goals so It's up to you to make things happen. Management is very generous in rewarding standout talent. As a designer, i can ask product managers, engineers and data scientists any question about metrics and they are more than happy to help me be the best at my job. Stop b*tching, start fixing mindset. I love that.

Cons

Because everyone is smart, self-motivated and actively geared towards solving problems fast and efficient, the culture might not suit those who are more suited to slower paced environments.
