Pros

Great place to work. Dynamic, full of learning and on the top of all tech trends. All people super smart and self motivated.

Cons

Given time zone difference if you are not in Australia, you might need to be working some days on really strange hours but it is not every day or every week and the matters you can discuss makes you forget this kind of "cons".
