-Substantial commitment and financial investment in local community: charities, events, parades, etc... -Corporate works hard to make the job fun, both at HQ and more importantly in-store. -Solid benefits.

Cons

-It can be hard to make personal connections at such a large institution. -In-store leadership can have Napoleon Syndrome (you're a store manager, not the CEO of Bank of America).
