Cons
- Poor pay and even worse pay increase structure, basically need to work an insane amount of hours to see a few cents more per hour - Management will play favorites and if you aren't their favorite, prepare... - Breaks and lunches are regularly put off for later - Not very safe sometimes, especially if you are a female and work late/closing shifts - Lots of system issues with barcodes/pricing/etc that should have been fixed via upper management. Everyone else had to work around it instead of just fixing the main issues. - Maybe it was just my store, but most people had this mentality that rest is for the weak. If you were mistreated, they made you feel like you should just suck it up instead of sticking up for yourself. Very depressing atmosphere and a lot of people there smoke/drink for a reason.
