An amazing benefits package. I've never had one like it. Great education opportunities; classes given on campus. Campus is dated, but is very organized and easy to get around. Gym on campus a huge plus.

Cons

Positions don't have a clear path for advancement. There is education, but not always clear how it can be applied for advancement. Departments are very exclusive and don't work hand-in-hand. Face-to-face meetings seem difficult, even when you're on the same floor. Higher-ups in Kroger don't buy into all projects. With so little support, it's difficult for new projects to take off.
