      Pros

      Good money per hour. Pretty fun.

      Cons

      Changed schedules constantly, cut hours out of season, union dues, customer is always right and mundane everyday tasks. My dad died and they wrote me up for not calling in. It was ridiculous. = /

      Pros

      Good benefits if you have enough hours per month to qualify. The workers in the stores are generally friendly and we all become a relatively close knit group.

      Cons

      Was a better company to work for before Kroger took over. Hardly anyone is ever hired full time - you have to work there forever to get a full time job. More and more "programs" to implement yet no more hours to do it in.

      The store I worked at was a very positive experience. Staff was friendly, and job duties were reasonable.

      Cons

      Sometimes they required inconvenient hours, such as calling you in on a day you requested off.
