coworkers were nice and tips were fine

very long hours and management was very strict, borderline to mental illness

Pros

Wonderful team of people who enjoy what they do.

Cons

That place has bad apples spoiling it for the rest. The Hotel Manager could use an update/ replacement. Some department heads got their job because of a favor someone did them, not because they are qualified. Some others were hired through some city employment program and while that’s nice some of them should have never made it into the building let alone a “luxury “ setting.
