Discovery Travel and Employee Experience Rates

Cons

I worked in FS Mauritius and unfortunately, my experience was far from positive. There was a serious lack of work-life balance, with expectations to consistently go above and beyond without support or recognition. Employee well-being seemed like an afterthought rather than a priority. Management rarely showed appreciation for hard work and seemed to practice favoritism rather than fairness or the so-called “golden rule” that should guide respectful and ethical leadership. Recognition was reserved for a select few, regardless of others' contributions. This environment created low morale and high turnover. I would not recommend working here, especially if you're looking for a place that values fairness, support, and professional growth
