Pros

Discount room rates after 1 year Comp nights at all hotels after 1 year

Cons

High stress High sales incorporated job Constant test calls and grading and reviews Part time hours exceed 25-29 per week Will always have to work weekends Getting time off is impossible Watched in the queue if you're not taking calls and exceed a limit of 2 mins between calls to complete work -If you're looking for a relaxed part-time job to work nights after your full-time job, I would think again.

Pros

Very good pay compared to other restaurants

Cons

but they will hire you for the summer when they need you and let you go before your probation period is over so they wont need to keep you. I have heard they do this yearly and once they are not as busy, they will let you go after the high season.
