Worst place I have ever been employed in my life

Pros

I can not think of a single good thing to say about this place

Cons

This place was horrible. The management is mean and plays favorites. They set you up for failure. Are unprofessional. Do not make good judgment calls, will blame lower level employees for the failures of managers. All I can say is run. It’s awful, working there is my biggest regret. And if they are reading this, do better. I know people who were with the company for years and left because of the Aviara location. Not only that but they won’t provide nearly as much assistance to guests on lower rates. So watch out.

Pros

Decent pay, ability to move up in the company or to move to different departments, pretty organized, free rooms at four seasons properties.

Cons

Long hours and if you work at the front desk working overnight shifts are required. Constant critique about how you talk, what you say, how you look. Its very upscale so its a bit tiring to be in that atmosphere all the time.
