Pros

Brand recognition Global positioning overall

Cons

Terrible management across several departments. The worse being the Sales and Marketing department. Hotel staff turnover is over 90%. Staff don’t stay because there are some serious managerial and toxic work ethics. Everyone in the industry in Montreal knows how bad it is. I wish I had listen to former colleagues not recommending me to move to that property.
