Pros

Colleagues are great and the travel perks are worth it if you're willing to travel.

Cons

the culture is horrible. They work you to the ground and continue to expect more from you when you don't have anything to give. There is no corporate culture and the company is run by a bunch of toxic individuals and HR refuses to step in or help.

They try really hard to tell you that your free “Discovery Nights” are awesome and worth it. A lot of people talk about it. Traveling is supposed to be about experiencing different cultures among the typical locals. The reality is that you are just taking any PTO you have, buying your own flight to whatever FS location you want, and then feeding your vacation money back into the hotel/resort/company that has peer pressured you into thinking that it’s a good deal. You end up using your PTO to travel to another FS bubble that has nothing to do with reality.

Takes a long time to fix bad management. Cutting Budgets at a luxury hotel starts to affect the product and thus creates bad service and reviews.
