The different departments are great to work with, everyone is friendly and professional. The pay is good, with a raise each year.

Cons

Being in management in any company can result in a not so healthy work/life balance.

Pros

Organized, training was great, pay was exceptional. I loved the culture and the travel benefits. I was constantly engaged and learning. I miss working for the company even after two years with another luxury property.

Some favoritism, but nothing else
