If you are looking for a place to move up this is not your place management only give promotions to those who kiss their fill in the blank. They don't care about employees morale to much drama.

Pros

Great for your resume, you learn great customer service skills, you receive COMP nights at any four seasons (depending on availability)

Cons

You are required to work a ton, a minimum of 10 hours a day, you have little quality of life, the guests can be very difficult, executive management is a joke- there only concern is getting themselves promoted, the HR department is extremely unprofessional, and finally they care little about your growth.
