Pros

Pay is decent, insurance benefits, 401K, ability to stay at any Four Seasons location globally. Upward movement if you have lots of charisma or meet a certain demographic.

Cons

Perfection is expected, no excuses. If you're good at your job, you only get more work. Hotel guests and Hotel management can be abusive. No incentives, High turn over rate. People who put in the hard work to improve the system get overlooked while popular employees get the promotions. Toxic management that guilt trip you if you get sick and/or need time off. Terrible work-life balance. Unhealthy 8-9 day stretches. Very little recovery time. Existential dread and burnout guaranteed.
