Pros

Although the company has gone through a leadership change it remains focused on it's people culture. It is willing to question internal processes, product standards and embraces innovation.

Cons

The challenge of any branded hotel operator lies in balancing brand related objectives with ownership (real estate) value objectives. Although in alignment most of the time, even for Four Seasons it is difficult to achieve 100% agreement with all ownerships - some product and staffing level inconsistencies being the result.
