Pros

Great team, result oriented and opportunities for growth. The environment itself is wonderful. You get to stay at other properties for free.

Cons

Hours are horrible, managers are always present and are required to sacrifice a lot. You are unable to take time off most of the time in the USA. But I guess it depends on your manager/director.

A bit disorganized with training within the department, lack of communication, did not always feel comfortable taking concerns to superiors
