Great people; great perks (complimentary hotel stays plus 50% off F&B while a guest); a lot of employee acknowledgment; well-paid per industry standards

Few opportunities for corporate upward mobility, outside of Canada

Pros

Four Seasons really looks after their employees. Great pay, excellent benefits and a very comfortable and positive work environment. Potential to advance through the company with a career. Hire based on attitude, always great people to work with.

Cons

Potentially not much job freedom as your tasks/roles/duties may be VERY clearly defined.
