Pros

Great benefits, employee purchasing of hotel amenities and comp nights to all hotels. Pay is minimum but tips are very good.

Cons

Management is very focused on micro managing every little detail and never thankful for all the effort you put in. 10 minute breaks are never given.

Pros

always supportive, competative salary, great HR department, medical and dental benefits are only average but the benefit of having free nights at any of the hotels is outstanding.

Cons

As work increased they did not increase budgets which results in downsizing of staff, leaving those still with a job with more work than before and no pay increase for additional responsibilities.

Pros

Four Seasons culture is great, taking their employees very serious and also showing that they care about them. They offer a lot of on going training and its a great company if you want to start a careers in the luxury sector.

Cons

As it is a 5 star luxury hotel brand you might have less responsibilities than if you would work for a smaller ex. 4 star hotel.
