Pros

Get to see plenty of celebrities, good upsell bonus (10%), almost always 40 hours+, given a uniform, free stays at other FS hotels

Cons

Extremely unsupportive management, constant push for upsells, very strict regulation of standards (if management does not like you, you can very easily get 3 warnings and fired), no control of hours even above normal 40, almost zero recognition of new employees
