Pros

It was a fun place to work nice people always busy.

Cons

Too much confusion. I was hired to replace a couple of girls and they were never let go. The lady that worked in the office never let them go and when the supervisor came to the area where I was working one day and saw them there. He asked me what are they still doing here? I replied I have no idea I thought they were going to I said she never told they were being let go. So I was let go instead.

Pros

It's a beautiful property and the location is great. Benefits package. Complimentary nights. The initial compensation is on par with their competitors, however they do not give raises based on merit and promotions with a pay increase are few and far between.

Cons

Lets just say it starts at the top with the GM and works its way down. Take note of her work ethic and priorities and it will be clear why things are treated in the manner that they are. HR is a complete joke. You are supposed to be able to go HR and there is supposed to be a high level of confidentiality. This is 100% not the case. On multiple occasions they showed this was not how they operate. Do not take your problems here unless you want them directly taken back to your manager or discussed in the lunch room. Management depends on your department, but overall growth is not fostered here. Most managers are too busy trying to cover their own rear ends to actually promote within. I watched amazing talent leave this property and FS as a whole because of this. It is made clear that raises are not based on merit, so what is the incentive to continue going above and beyond?
