Management needs to be restuctured. The department I worked in, Management was very hard to work with. If we had a project to due it was very hard to get answers or direction. The sad part of this is that upper management is aware of this and doen't do anything.

Some of my workmates were nice and I was quite jealous of some other teams that seemed to have better leadership and culture.

Cons

Female managers weren't management material. A lot of back covering rather than taking responsibility. Training poor.
