Pros

The company offers generally good benefits.

Cons

There are serious concerns about the conduct of leaders here. Senior managers consistently displays unprofessional and, at times, unethical behavior. This includes publicly humiliating employees, openly criticizing staff in front of others, and creating a culture of fear rather than respect. There have been instances where employees were wrongly accused of being unresponsive, followed by inaccurate explanations to cover the situation. Instead of addressing issues constructively, mistakes or system limitations are used as opportunities to shame individuals—for example, calling out employees in group chats over timesheet issues without understanding that the problem originated from management or system setup. The work environment is highly demanding but lacks the necessary support. Audit work is performed manually with heavy reliance on Excel, with no proper audit tools in place. At the same time, employees are burdened with excessive mandatory training and restrictive leave policies, especially during peak periods. Career progression lacks transparency and fairness. Favoritism appears to play a significant role in promotions, while capable and hardworking employees are often overlooked. In some cases, employees are set up to fail—given large responsibilities with limited resources and unrealistic deadlines, only to have minor issues later used to justify withholding promotions or extending probation. There are also broader cultural concerns, including bias and self-interest in decision-making, which ultimately impact both employee morale and the quality of audit work delivered. Overall, this is not a healthy or supportive environment. Professionals who value integrity, fairness, and respectful leadership should think carefully before joining.
