Cons

It seems like management and firm partners have been unable to get on the same page about the firm's goals: some are trying to turn the firm into a much larger organization, but not everyone has bought in.

decent canteen with free tea and coffee, nice work colleagues , nights out and about.

Cons

lack of appreciation from seniors and management, poor motivation, poor morale among the team, managers just want to get as much work out of you as possible with little regard for your well being.

Pros

Possibility to work on a large panel of cases, good compensation for the industry, and fast evolution within the years.

Cons

There are many trainings for statuory auditors but very few for the financial advisory department, still a bit small. Furthermore, the company's "mentality" (or way of doing things) is a bit too clustered and scholar. For advisory analysts, there is also an obligation to work on statuory audit cases which are not always motivating (it depends on the former background).
