      Teams are an important part of the firms culture. Learning on the job at difference clients is a plus. Leaders are involved in projects which helps the overall delivery.

      Cons

      Busy season requires many hours of overtime. And the scheduling and related deadlines make life outside of work difficult during tax and audit busy season.
