High level of office politics- the team allocation is also dependent on the same, a person living in Gurgaon gets a client in Noida and vice versa. And most of the time, HR's allocate their printing, typing jobs to you. The place lacks office etiquette even in the director and partners( believe me director used to gossip about her Mother in Law etc.. ) In a workplace HR should be most approachable people but here they are most inapproachable and arrogant people.... If you face any issues in this workplaces only god can help as they all make sure that your life becomes hell. There is no HR policies .... even the notice period is extended and they force you to do new work and eventually they deny to give the reliving letter. And there is a stipend difference too ..... If you have done your graduation from regular college then you end up getting 9-12-14 and the others get 6-8-10, they have an amazing HR policies.
