Mazars has a great people-friendly culture that is always remarked on by people who join the team. As a global business we will support motivated team members by providing excellent opportunities to learn new skills and expand their horizons.

Cons

Mazars is still a relatively young firm, and is expanding rapidly geographically. As with all rapid growth stories there can be growth pains from time to time, and sometimes our structures can take a moment to catch up. To make the most out of working here you will need to be self-motivated and take responsibility for your career - don't expect to come work here and just be part of a machine.

All partners are amazing, they have an open door policy Plenty of challenging work if your up for the challenge The managers are amazing and will help you succeed There is an amazing culture at Mazars, relaxed environment and great people You get to work directly with partners and senior mangers

Cons

Very behind on technology There is no formal scheduling process , they are trying to work on it. The communication between offices could be better Mangers need to mange there work and not just be reviewers this is a big problem Long hours, due to being understaff Compensation is not good No bonuses for staff They have a hard time retaining staff and seniors, too much turnover Communication!! and having a uniform answer to questions
