      Pros

      Very accommodating to life outside of work. Options to WFH 3 days a week. Employees and very professional and seemingly kind.

      Cons

      Live and die by your calendar. Training is seriously lacking. The culture there is you either should know it already or find a way to learn it.

      - JD changed after you joined - No farewell lunch or acknowledgment if you resign, which felt impersonal and discouraging) - Promotion based on flavourism, can get promoted just because you are boss-pleaser - There’s a culture where hard work is frequently overshadowed by those who try to benefit from others’ achievements - Lack of rigorous internal quality control So, it was deeply disappointing – my most negative work experience. It was not professional and international at all.
