Pros

It's a good company to gain a broad experience and deal with many different sized clients. As it is still a small feel business you end up getting involved in a lot you wouldn't in other companies of a similar size

Cons

Benefits are poor, salaries average and the work/life balance can be challenging some days. A lot of teams rely heavily on a small handful of members when the work outstrips the staff hours.

Pros

Some really nice, smart, talented co-workers and provided a reasonable work-life balance.

Cons

There was a strong element of a 'good old boys' network that made it difficult to maneuver. Very political culture where people were afraid to take chances and make unpopular or unconventional choices. The Executive level is insincere and make all decisions based on how they will individually benefit.
