Peer are friendly but it is mainly due to heavy workloads among us

Cons

Pay is bad, micro-managed by the managers, not fair treatment within the team. Manager set up the road for their preferable people and just let others behind the ranks. They are not grow people but used people. This is not somewhere you can grow up unless there are someone / boss wants to grow you up. All about LUCK

There are too many to list, but here are some significant issues: - Low pay - Very low compared to other firms. - Rude Managers and Partners - They mandate you to do things as part of a 'team' no matter how uncomfortable you are and choose favorites. - No Culture - They have a bias for hiring and promoting women. Good luck if you are any other member of diversity. They only care about their goals and objectives and don't follow their principles! You have been warned.
