No salary adjustment for 3 years working, no bonus as well. Bad managerial decision. No appreciation after years of working. Managerial is so big no room for promotion. People who stay is those who dont have choice

too much workload, you have to handle 3 peoples jobscope at once and they expected you to excellent and do well in every scope

Exposure gained to different industries is great

Cons

There is somewhat support from senior managers and managers but the role becomes extremely blurred between supervisor and a trainee. A lot of the time you are expected to pickup the slack of trainees and undercharge the time taken to fix other people’s work. Environment can be quite toxic with managers rude, aggressive, no respect for boundaries etc.
