decent salary, food often provided at office

Cons

NY office runs the show - other offices are treated second best, professional development is a joke, administration never returns phone calls, no clear personal growth plans communicated, awful technology, benefits are terrible, employees are evaluated on arbitrary black and white criteria such as utilization % which is out of control of many employees rather than firm contributions, culture is sterile and cold

Flexibility outside of busy season, lots of food during busy season, you'll meet a few great people

Cons

They say one bad apple ruins the bunch, in certain offices it's quite a few bad ones, favoritism and backstabbing are off the charts. Health insurance is terrible.
