Pros

Decent bonus one on full time if you take it all as shares especially. Get 15% of salary then if take shares get an uplift of 50% on those shares. My team is good although lack of training is an issue, management is very tight with money.

Cons

Stingy management and hard to get a pay rise. Due to being employed from Perth get less site allowance then I should considering I am FIFO for 7-8 month's of the year

Really broad experience Team had diverse backgrounds and training Wfh friendly Nice office

Cons

Vacs and grads are run centrally for Fortescue Group. So it requires a bit of back forth to get info about your position.
