I am happy with the work that I do and the projects that I get to work on. The company is involved in exciting and challenging exploration activities, and I feel that I am making a meaningful contribution to the company's overall success.

Cons

There is often a lack of communication and transparency between management/HR and employees. This lack of engagement has contributed to a sense of disconnection from the company and its goals. Despite these concerns, I remain committed to my work and believe that there is a lot of potential for the company to improve. I would like to see more recognition and support for the hard work and dedication of employees, and a greater focus on open communication and transparency within the company. Overall, while I am happy with the work that I do, I believe that Fortescue can do more to create a positive and supportive work environment for all of its employees.
