Salaries were very competitive when compared to other companies. There is a push for entrepreneurship

The company lacks organization. The values are just 10 empty words in a wall (yes ridiculous 10). Incentives are terribly set in a way that pushes directors to make wrong decisions. There is an appalling cult of personality (although behind closed doors everyone vents their real opinions). Their last restructuring process was a monstrosity
